  • · Discovery is free: a scoping call plus up to two working sessions. Out of it you get a binding fixed quote and the platform architecture. Engineering starts at signing.
  • · Payment is milestone based: a share at signing, at MVP acceptance, and at production acceptance. The exact split and the definition of each milestone are written into the agreement.
  • · New features and new requirements after signing are quoted as change orders.
  • · Anchored to our published rates, roughly a third of typical agency pricing.

We lean on AI agents across the build: code, testing, dependency management, and much of the ongoing upkeep. Humans own the architecture, the review, and the accountability. That is how a small senior team ships at a third of agency rates without cutting corners.

A custom platform does not get a bare-bones support tier. Monitoring, hosting, patching, incident response, and minor content updates are built in, because a platform that is down is worse than no platform.

Monitoring and alerting run around the clock. Human response is during business hours, with a named escalation path outside them. If you need true 24/7 human coverage, we price it separately rather than promise it vaguely.

AI agent conversations run on metered credits: a block included every month, then about a penny per conversation.

What we host drives the number: data volume and retention, notification and alerting load, how many integrations we keep alive, and what your sector requires. The firm figure is set at discovery alongside the build quote.
