Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site, services.findbusiness.ai (the "Site"), is operated by Dependable AI Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), based in Corona, California. Reach us at admin@dependableaisolutions.com.

2. What this Site is

The Site is an informational and marketing site that describes the services we offer and lets you start a conversation with us. It has no user accounts and takes no payments. Our separate AI Readiness Assessment app at findbusiness.ai has its own privacy policy that governs that app.

3. Information we collect

Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand which pages and features are used. It sets analytics cookies (for example _ga) and records anonymous product events. We do not use this for advertising.

AI chat agent. This Site runs the same FindBusiness chat agent we sell, both in the corner of every page and docked into the home page (one conversation, either way). The messages you type are sent to our agent relay at agents.findbusiness.ai/api/agent/chat, screened for abuse, and processed by Google Vertex AI (Gemini) to generate a reply. We keep the conversation so we can answer you and see what the agent could not answer. Recent messages are also cached in your browser's localStorage so the conversation persists while you browse. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. Full detail, including how long we keep conversations, is in the FindBusiness privacy policy, which is the master document for the agent.

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, the fields you filled in (your name, email, organization, website, what you are interested in, and your message) are sent to our own backend at findbusiness.ai/api/contact and stored so we can reply to you. We also try to send you an acknowledgement email with a link to book a call; that email is delivered by Resend on our behalf. If the submission itself fails, the page falls back to opening your own email application with a pre-filled draft, which you then send yourself.

What we do not collect here: we have no accounts on this Site and we take no payments. We do not sell your information, and we do not use anything you send us for advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only the technologies below. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we use no advertising cookies and the Site is intended for use in the United States, we do not display a cookie-consent banner; this section is your notice.

• _ga, _ga_* (cookies): anonymous usage analytics via Firebase Analytics. Set by Google.
• Chat message cache (localStorage): keeps your chat conversation while you browse. Set by this Site; cleared when you clear site data.

5. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site
• To answer your questions through the chat assistant
• To respond to inquiries you send us by email

6. Third parties

We share information with these providers only to operate the Site:

• Google Firebase (hosting, analytics): policies.google.com/privacy

• Resend (delivers the acknowledgement email for the contact form, so it handles your name and email address): resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

7. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to request correction. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, email admin@dependableaisolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Data retention

• Analytics data is retained per Google's default Firebase Analytics schedule.
• Chat messages cached in your browser remain until they expire or you clear your browser data; we do not maintain a per-user chat account on this Site.

9. Security

We use TLS to encrypt data in transit and apply industry-standard controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email admin@dependableaisolutions.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
