These terms govern your use of services.findbusiness.ai (the "Site"), operated by Dependable AI Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational and marketing site that describes services we offer. Service descriptions, prices, and timelines shown here are starting points for discussion, not a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and us; nothing on the Site by itself creates a contract for services.

2. The AI chat assistant

The Site offers an AI chat assistant for convenience. Its responses are generated by an AI model, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are informational only. They are not legal, marketing, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them for any decision where an error would cause harm. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. We may limit, change, or remove the assistant at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• probe or test the security of the Site without our prior written consent;
• scrape or access the Site by automated means except through the interfaces we publish for agents (for example /llms.txt and /agent-truth.json), within reasonable limits; or
• use the Site in violation of applicable law or these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the FindBusiness and Dependable AI Solutions names and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may view the Site for your own evaluation; you may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without our prior written consent, except to identify us as the operator.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the chat assistant are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dependable AI Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the chat assistant. The Site is provided free of charge, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Site is intended for use in the United States.
